OMG! Snacks Can Be Turned Into Delicious Recipes!

Do you ever know that snacks can be turned into a delicious cuisine? Do you still think that snacks are just junk food with low nutrients? Have a look at the recipes below and I am sure you are going to look at snacks from a whole new perspective!

Yeko Potato Sticks

(Mini Chicken Burger Set)

Ingredients: DIY chicken burger patties, Tomatoes, Salad greens, Quail eggs, Mini buns, Yeko Potato Sticks (Mild Cheese Flavour).

Step:

  1. Chop chicken breast into paste; add some spices, white pepper powder, salt, corn starch, and stir into mash.
  2. Knead meat paste into round shape, slightly flatten it into patties, place them onto hot pan and pan-fried till both surfaces turn into golden color.
  3. Slice the mini bun into two, cut tomatoes, clean salad greens and drip dry the water, pan-fired quail eggs.
  4. Assemble all the ingredients of the burger set.
  5. Replace the french fries with Yeko Potato Sticks (Mild Cheese Flavour), lovely Mini Chicken Burger Snack Plate is done!

Little Bear (Chocolate Cup Cakes)

Ingredients (Cake): Chocolate flavoured cupcakes baking powder, Eggs, Cooking oil.

Ingredients (Decoration): Butter, Sugar powder, Colored little stars, BIKA Little Bear Chocolate Biscuits.

Step:

  1. Use the premixed chocolate cupcakes baking powder, follow the instruction to mix in eggs and cooking oils, stir and pour into paper cup for baking.
  2. Stir butter cream till fluffy at room temperature, mix in sugar powder, stir till the mixture turns white, place the butter cream into a squeeze bag and squeeze the cream on top of the cupcake as decoration.
  3. Sprinkles little stars on butter cream and place a BIKA Chocolate Little Bear on top of the cream.

Easy Bar (Ceasar Salad)

Ingredients: Ceasar salad greens, BIKA Easy Bar Cheese Corn Stick.

Step:

  1. Making this Ceasar salad at home, you don’t need to need to bake croutons as it can easily be replaced by BIKA Easy Bar Cheese Corn Stick. The Cheese flavour will make the salad taste better!

Big Breakfast (Oats and Biscuit Milk + Scrambled Egg)

Ingredients: Wholemeal bread, Eggs, Mushrooms, Organic tomatoes, BIKA Oats & Biscuit (Milk)

Step:

  1. Apply butter on the bread and toast it, or use pan to pan-fried till both surfaces turn into golden color.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and fry till cooked, add some black pepper and salt to enhance the flavour.
  3. Crumble BIKA Oats & Biscuit (Milk) and put it into bowl, mix in two eggs, stirring, pour into pan and make it into scrambled egg. The egg will be full of milk aroma and taste good just by itself!

BIKA Chicken Flavoured Crackers (Potatoes Ball)

Ingredients: Potatoes, Eggs, Wheat Flour, BIKA Chicken Flavoured Crackers.

Step:

  1. Insert BIKA Chicken Flavoured Crackers into ziplock bag, crush it, pour into bowl and pending for further step.
  2. Place the potatoes into hot water and cook till soften, peel skin, press into mashed potatoes and pending for further step.
  3. Knead mashed potatoes into ball or stick shape, you can also insert some cheese as filling if you like, fry till cooked.
  4. Coat the mashed potato ball with wheat flour; then dip in eggs fluid; after that mix with crushed crackers.
  5. Use medium heat to fry the coated potato balls till golden color.
  6. The crushed crackers is used to replace bread crumbs, the fried potatoes ball is as crispy and its taste is magically enhanced by the chicken aroma.

Devil Eggs

Ingredients: Eggs, Potatoes, Mayonnaise, Paprika, BIKA Pyramid Crackers (Smoky Barbecue)

Step:

  1. Prepare few soft-boiled eggs, cut into half, separate egg white and egg yolk.

  2. Use egg white for plate decoration purpose. Stir egg yolk, cooked and soften potatoes, mayonnaise together and add some salt into the mixture.

  3. Scoop the egg yolk mashed mixture and place onto the egg white, sprinkle some paprika and place one BIKA Pyramid Cracker (Smoky Barbecue) on top, it will be a very popular snack if it is being served in party.
  4. Its lovely shape is quite attractive and BIKA Pyramid Crackers (Smoky Barbecue) will enhance the overall taste of the snack.
